Consider requesting additional towels upon check-in to avoid multiple trips to the reception. The breakfast selection could be improved, so plan for nearby cafes.

honestly, i almost gave this place a good review but just couldn’t. the lack of reception was baffling, and i nearly lost my sanity dealing with a malfunctioning key card. not to mention, my request for a simple room upgrade was met with an awkward, ‘sorry. ’ uncomfortable beds, too. such a letdown!

The hotel was centrally located, making our family excursions effortless. We explored the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain all within walking distance, which was incredible with our two young children. The staff was very accommodating, even serving us breakfast early before our airport departure.

I stayed in a beautiful Double Room for 4 nights. The bed was huge and super comfy! Loved the cool decor and the cleanliness was top-notch. We had a strong A/C which was perfect after a day out. Only downside was the shower placement—it felt a bit odd and not super private. Plus, the tiny elevator made it a bit tricky with luggage. But overall, I really enjoyed the stay!
